I did order these based off reviews and I am proud to say this product did not disappoint I purchased these a week ago. So I did ruin one, trying to find the placement. once I pulled it off to replace it, it would no longer stick.once I found the placement I on the 2nd one on I was golden!!! I would recommend someone helping you to avoid wasting one. I have had that same one on now for 5 days with no issues. These are amazing!!! I’ve been using these since 2018 and easily spent over $1000 on them, they have completely changed my life in terms of how i wear my hair and feeling comfortable with my ears, I’ve always wanted to surgically have my ears pinned but just haven’t been able to, I sometimes waste one or two trying to get the right position but over the years I’ve gotten better with placement, I’m able to wear one pair for easily 2 weeks or more depending on how well I put them on. Things you should know: If placed in the wrong spot can cause serious pain, our ears aren’t used to being forced back and that can give you a headache Any type of saltwater will have them pop off so keep that in mind swimming on vacations Goo-gone for skin removes the sticky left over residue no problem and is inexpensive as well These are great and I’m so thankful to have come across them, Id consider myself one of their biggest supporters haha Read more

Contemplating otoplasty for teen but struggling with cost and timing, I stumbled upon these and they are a game changer! There are two silicon pads tethered together by a flexible string of silicon. The pads are Uber sticky. One side to the back of the ear, one side to the skull. The tether makes the pinning look totally natural. Because they are clear, they are really subtle. She is even confident with hair in a pony! Pricy? Yes. These are single use and the packages are small (four pairs, I think?) but the happiness and confidence it brings her are priceless. I’ve been using these for months and, most of the time, they work exactly like they should — comfortable, practically invisible, and they hold all day without irritation. They’re easy to remove with warm water or oil, and once you get the hang of placement, they stay secure. That said, probably once in every three-four packs I buy, I end up with a batch that just doesn’t stick at all. When they’re good, they’re great, but the consistency of the multiple times I’ve gotten a bad, non-sticky batch keeps me from giving them 5 stars. I tried at home to make sure it would work. Used it all day and went to bed. Woke up with it still intact. It held great. I asked my husband if he could see it. He said "not really, it kinda blends in with you skin." This product does take some trail and error. But it will work. Be sure to clean the area with rubbing alcohol first.
