3/14/25 - OTraki 2 Pack Extra Large Laundry Mesh Bag 43 x 35 Inch Mesh Laundry Bag Zippered Big Net Bag for Blanket Sweater Coat Bedding Sheet Heavy Duty Jumbo Large Washing Bag in Home Dorm Hotel, White I purchased these last summer (7/17/24) for use in laundering oversized baby blankets. I crocheted a couple of baby blankets for new family members. Everything associated with babies needs to be washable. And babies grow so much, so quickly, I make baby blankets that are much larger than usual. I wanted them to last and so I bought these Otraki Extra Large Mesh bags to accompany my baby blankets. I had no idea there were such HUGE mesh bags for the laundry, but I'm very glad I found them (I also bought Otraki's L size). They are made with excellent care. The fabric is a fine mesh and sturdy -- I'm pretty sure that the mesh fabric will keep the baby blankets very well protected for years of washing. The raw edges at the seams, including the top where the zipper is, are sewn within the seam allowance and overstitched (a French Seam, it appears.) to prevent fraying. The zipper is nice and glides smoothly and there's a placket at the closure point to tuck the zipper tab under to prevent it from unzipping in the washer. It's clear that the designer was aiming for a quality product and succeeded. I'm very pleased with my purchase and I'm sure the baby blankets will last for several years through the use of these HUGE Mesh Laundry Bags! Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I purchased the 24x32 to wash a bridesmaid dress. For reference the dress is floor length slim A-line size 22 or 24 (I can't remember)and I am 5'7". The bag was plenty large enough, lightweight, and good quality. The mesh was open enough to get the dress clean and kept out the dog hair! I will definitely keep this company in mind if I need any new laundry wash bags. Read more

Got this for preventing fur from a giant breed Newfoundland getting into the washer. Works like a charm! It's also cheap, easy to use, and not gimmicky. It just works! We have a giant breed Newfoundland at home so pet beds, blankets and laundry are giant sized too. He also sheds a ton. While most of the fur is cleaned off painstakingly before throwing anything in the wash, there's inevitably fur that gets stuck in the washer and dryer and clogs it up over time. Getting another washing machine just for the dog is obviously unfeasible. Until I found this, my life was about either hand washing dog bedding (not fun!), half taking apart the washing machine to remove fur (also not fun!), or paying $$$$ every year or so for a professional to declog the washing machine. The gimmicky sticky pads that claim to attract dog fur to them and are reusable don't work. I've been wishing for a laundry bag large enough to hold my dog's bedding, but until I saw this, I didn't know laundry bags this size existed! The X-Large is large enough. It comfortably holds the largest dog bed cover in the market (needed for my newfy), or two blankets at a time. It also successfully holds the fur in the bag, and bonus, also holds in any food or treat bits that I missed brushing off before throwing it in the wash. The bedding comes out clean. I put what I need washed in the bag, throw it in the washer and dryer (on low) after. When dry, I remove clean items and just shake out the bag to get rid of most of the leftover bits and fur stuck inside. No more cleaning out my washer and dryer painfully afterwards! The only thing I'd say is some fur remains stuck on the clean dog bedding after a wash. Which I don't really mind because it's just going to collect more fur anyway. What I care about is that my washer and dryer don't get furred up, and this bag successfully does that! Read more

Bags are great and I love the large size. They were a little stiff, imo, but I’ve used them a few times now and they seem to be softening up. The inside seams are neat and there are no sharp areas. They do have one flaw, imo: The zipper tab is very short and the area to cover the tab to prevent it opening during a wash (and nicking other clothing) is very long. My other bags have a longer tab, which allows it to stick out of the covering for easy opening. With these, you can barely push the tab into the covering or you risk having to fight fishing it out to get it open. It’s a small inconvenience, but still. Read more

Fine mesh, pocket for the zipper pull to nest in, sturdy seams, sizes for everything from huge snow parkas / bedding, down to sports coats, down to embellished evening wear, down to lingerie. My washer / dryer seems to destroy zippers on garments, so I use this bags a lot now - so easy, cuts down the THUNK-THUNK racket in the dryer, and I no longer find zipper bits in the dryer when things are done. Also excellent when doing two peoples' laundry and you just don't want to sort it. Everyone gets some bags. NOTE: Some front loaders have a special cycle for heavy items / bedding. I use that cycle with the larger bags because the weight distribution can get weird, and I really don't want to break the washer. Read more
