Terrible. Works greats when it is charged, but the 400W solar panel maxed out to 175 W in full sun. Also, once the batteries ran down to 0%, the unit would not charge again. I have having to pat a ton to ship it back. No customer service. On the positive, the display is great being able to see how much input and output the generator is experiencing.
