Perfect for field dressing
Absolutely love this night so easy and razor sharp. I'm very careful with my game meet. I use three different knives in the field (assuming I have to quarter for pack out) now I just need one knife cuz I can switch out the blades so I'm not cutting meat with the same one that I feel gutted it with, nor the same one that I used to take the glands off or the hoofs.
