These blocks are great- they are the perfect size to carry to class all the time. They are soft but sturdy. I have been able to stand on them (one at a time- one leg tree pose, eagle, airplane) and keep my balance- they are definitely worth the money. Read more
Really great blocks & strap set for yoga. These are the thinner than typical yoga blocks, but that works great for me as i rarely need a thicker block & i can use two if needed. The block design is nice, too. Read more

I teach yoga to older adults. Having props can make a big difference. These yoga blocks are sturdy and lightweight. They can definitely help with balance postures or for sitting on if you have tight hips. The price seems appropriate and it's nice to have a choice of colors.
