I honestly love these dish brushes the fact you can change out the brush heads is genius. I have been using these for years the original had flaws when you would push the button for soap it would drain the entire thing. The brush heads were decent. If you sign up for auto shipping for the brush heads you will always have them available. Now let’s talk about the things they have changed. Back to the original body. I love it! The handle is easy to hold especially if you have artistic hands the stainless steel look spot on and the new brush heads are super made of what I think is a synthetic soft bristles and the soap button is controlled by the light touch of the button or push it in all the way for more soap. I’ve used these dish brushes for years and years and they can’t be beat. The bristles are soft enough to get into it corners and hard enough to scrape most food off. They also hold soap very well which means clean up as fast. You know how some brushes have bristles so hard they could strip the paint off your car. These aren’t like that at all. I don’t use the soap dispensing much, though it’s there if you want it. The bristles snap off for easy cleaning and sanitizing. I would order a set of spare bristles since they do wear and bend over time. Read more
For years I've used this type of product, but instead of a metal handle with a brush head, I had was a plastic handle with a scrubbing sponge head. What had me switching from that to this is three-fold. The first is leaking I experienced with the plastic type. What a waste of soap. The second is I'm convinced (and I admit I could be wrong) that the sponge head carries more bacteria on it due to it's absorbent nature, especially when left sitting in the sink. And the third is that the scrubbing sponge head would start to wear down within weeks of changing the head. I like the solid feel to this one, as well as the scrubbing bristles, which works well on stuck-on food. I've been using this for a while now and am still on the original head and have not experienced any leakage. What prevents me from giving this a 5-star rating is the fact that I have to hit the button more often to get soap on to the bristles; quite a bit more often than with a sponge head. But overall I'm happy with the purchase and feel somewhat safer on the bacteria front. Read more

Prior to this purchase I had the Oxo black plastic scrubber wand similar to this. It lived for several years and many brush head replacements. The plastic button on it cracked and started leaking soap. I really liked it and had planned to just replace it. I decided to go with this SS "matchypoo" scrub brush since my appliances are SS. I'm happy I did. I like the feel of it. I have small to medium sized woman's hands and it feels very comfortable to me. Not too big, not too small. I was concerned about that since I'm particular about handles and avoid ones that are hard to manage with regular use. I was concerned about complaints regarding the stiffness of the brush head. Well, that lasted a day or so and with regular use it really is a great stiffness for cleaning pots, pans, and knives. It has a nice balance of stiffness for actual cleaning if you've baked something on, but flexibility for not scratching anything. I don't do glasses; those go in the dishwasher. I also was concerned about this new one squirting out too much soap. If you don't press the plastic button too hard you don't get a huge squirt. You can control the flow somewhat. It does take a pump or two to get soap out of you've been using it and the soap settles into the handle. Just fill it up and be careful when you push the button if you don't want too much soap. Overall, I prefer this to the older black one. Largely because it's new, works well, looks great in my sink and feels comfortable. I would buy this again, and pay the additional $4 differences over the black plastic one. Function for me is no 1 and it passes with flying colors! And in regards to its form, I'm pleased with its look and feel. Definite recommendation. Read more
