Dont buy unless you have very large nose
These strips are huge..made for large noses. I have to cut them on each side so they fit my nose, otherwise they attach to my cheeks. My nose is not small. They do not stay on all night. Description states they are for sensitive skin so maybe thats why they don't stick very well. I will not buy them again. Waste of money Read more
Actually Work But…
I am a runner and I have a deviated septum. After applying the strip I was able to breathe so so much better while running I shaved 20-30 seconds of my time. My only issue is 3/4 of the way through my run once side popped up. Not sure if it was due to the glue or the way I applied the strip. 12-30-2025 Update The strips adhesive releases during working out or running.
