Great and inexpensive. Injured my wrist working on cars as I do every weekend and it never seemed to fully heal. Found out i tuck hands tightly under my head and body when I sleep so theres the reason for prolonged pain and healing process. This is the second brace I tried. The first one was too uncomfortable, especially around the thumb. This one was better for comfort, for sure. No rubbing and irritating the base of the thumb. I also like the metal bracing, which my first one didn't have. My only issue is the sizing is a little too small even though I got the largest size. It can be a bit of a struggle to get my hand through the brace because measuring at the wrist doesn't really determine how it fits. Your hand is wider than your wrist so measuring your wrist doesn't really indicate how it will "fit" when trying to get your hand through the opening. Once you can get you hand into it, it does fit as expected. Otherwise, a well constructed brace that does what it is supposed to do. Read more

The metal bars hold your wrist in place and don't allow you to bend it. My upper hand would hurt when I moved it backwards, and my wrist hurt when I opened a doorknob. I needed to not move it to allow the muscles to heal. The adjustable stretchy straps will give you the perfect fit. It has a thin breathable lining, so your hand doesn't itch if it gets warm. It's so comfortable I can wear it to sleep. I've worn other braces 8 years ago, before I had carpal tunnel surgery. They braces were bulkier and my hand would get too hot. Read more

It is a little shorter than I expected and the lining cloth needs to be longer so when you close the bottom strap it doesn't kinda rest directly on your skin. Read more
