Great Winter Motorcycle Gloves.

jason chengFebruary 21, 2020✓ Verified purchase

For winter motorcycle riders looking for a cheaper quality winter riding glove (unpaid review): I bought these gloves because i didn't want to spend a $100+ on motorcycle specific winter riding gloves. I've worn these in below 20 degree weather while riding up to 80MPH during my commute to and from work. These things really do block the wind and keep your hands comfortable. Even at the extremely cold temps with windchill i didn't get aching fingers or feel like i had to put my hands on my engine to warm them up. The gloves were a little tight at first and gave my hand cramps due to the thickness and trying to grip my handle bars and using my turn signals etc, but after about 5-10 days of commuting too and from work, they wore in much better and my hands don't cramp anymore and they stay warm the whole ride. My roommates dog even ate the outer layer for the thumb on the right hand glove and left only the liner and some fluff. I've been riding with just the liner covering my thumb the past 1 - 2 weeks in temps ranging from 25-55 degrees Fahrenheit and have been fine. Anything below 40 degrees and my slightly exposed thumb is aching or numb, but bearable for my 20-30 minute commute to work. And the missing cover on the thumb doesn't cause any draft to the rest of my hand. The only part that gets cold is from my thumb joint to the tip of my thumb, the rest of my hand doesn't even notice there's a chunk of the glove missing. These gloves have been completely soaked while commuting in 40-50 degree weather and my hands stayed dry. While they weren't as warm as usual, they kept them dry and they never started aching or anything. They also dried insanely fast! Other gloves i've had that get wet will take days to dry fully. These gloves were completely dry from just sitting on top of my desk at work for 8-9 hours. BLUF: I highly recommend these gloves as an alternative to "Motorcycle" Winter riding gloves. They are a little ungainly at first and took a few tweaks to my pre-ride routine, but when your roommates dog eats part of them in the middle of winter it doesn't break the bank when you go to buy a second pair! They keep you warm and dry and that is why i am going to be ordering a second pair so my thumb can stop suffering on these cold days haha! Read more

Great Winter Gloves

Beresford EdwardsDecember 10, 2025✓ Verified purchase

These OZERO winter gloves are warm, waterproof, and cosy, ideal for skiing, cycling, or chilly days. The touchscreen fingertips work effectively, and the silicone grips help hold objects securely. They’re a bit bulky, and they fit perfectly, but overall, they are sturdy, practical cold-weather gloves. Read more

These gloves are alright.

First off, after reading other reviews, I was sold. As a 1st year motorcycle rider, I wanted to get the all year round experience this includes the transitions between summer to winter season, meaning I keep track of the weather for best conditions (for traction). So for starters, yes these gloves do well in the cold. My fingers sweat in them when walking around, and standing. As far as riding, the wind chill may turn a 40 degree ride into 35-30 degrees, and these passed morning have been starting off low 30's. Comfort wise they are soft inside, smooth going in and out. No diffuculty taking off, especially with the cuff which helps a little for the wrists keeping warm. A bit bulky but defintley insulated. The touch screen isnt too bad but it sometimes doesn't work and I need to press the screen a couple times, but they do funtion well. For 30 bucks they do well compared to my 50 buck Joe rocket gloves. Only thing they dont have is protection on the knuckles as these aren't motrocycle designed gloves, but they are Great winter gloves. By the time my 30 min ride to work is done, I can just barely feel my fingers which is normal with most of the gloves I've used. With my Joe rockets, I use another pair of gloves underneath for better insulation. As far as the reviews talking about the closer to negative degrees. I think you'd be okay for a half hour but I wouldn't trust these gloves to take the endurance of the chill of that degree. If you are looking for artic desert type then maybe look else where but its up to you. I dont suggest working in these, they are a little thick for grabbing things and especially little tight space situations. I think these gloves are best for walking around or maybe shoveling snow but anything else I'd imagine to be difficult. I have a medium pair and they seem to have a bit extra room. Maybe with a small it'd be a bit more of a slim fit. Who knows. I get a large in some gloves so I'd imagine if you're normally large in some gloves, try medium but if you know you got big hands. Large or even XL will be good. Good luck to anybody looking for the best bang for their buck. Read more

Good but not Great

Received these gloves last week and they were not really what I was expecting from the picture. The picture made them look more of a slim fit type glove but they are much more thick than I expected. Straight up ski glove thickness. Because they are so thick the touch screen usage is pretty limited if you thought you could type in these. Got to try them out last night. Not bad but again not what I expected a -40 degree glove to do. Maybe kept my fingers stayed slightly warmer than a $15 big box store Thinsulate ski glove would but after about an hour or so my fingers were feeling the cold and it was temps just in the low teens to single digits. By the time I hit the two hour mark my fingers were just as cold as in any other glove. Since there were double what I would normally pay for gloves I thought they would be significantly better. Overall a decent glove, but if you were expecting that you were getting a glove that will keep your hands warm all day that you could do a bunch of texting while on then you will be disappointed.
