Ozone Generator for Cold Plunge Tub Ice Bath Tub with Timer Ozone Generator Water Keep Cold Plunge Tub

We bought this and set it up on our side porch to use for our new-found health benefit of cold plunging. We bought it thinking that the price is so good, that it would be a good temporary solution while our pool is closed. We placed a treadmill mat underneath it since it’s soft sided, but the bottom of the tub has a comfortable amount of padding. My wife knelt in it and was surprised how comfortable it was. It’s quite sturdy and has enough space for a grown 6’ man with limited flexibility to submerge into. The three braces on the sides are sturdy enough to lean onto to get in and out of the tub. It gets more sturdy when filled with water. We filled the tub outside with the garden hose and the temperature of the water stayed Cold overnight. The insulation of the sides is better than expected for a portable tub. The “lid” is really a cover. It fits well over the sides, but I wouldn’t consider it to be insulating. It did keep bugs out. We are using an Ozone generator so that the water will stay clean and bacteria and virus free. We plan to get a chiller, but at this point, the cool temps of the fall weather don’t require it. I bought this to keep a cold punge clean. I live in FL and have a Nuvio recovery pod an chiller. After about a week of daily plunges, the water has remained crystal clear. The walls of the pod have not accumulated any film and have remained clean as well. I have the ozone generator mounted to the wall above the cold plunge and I run the ozone generator for 30 minutes using the built-in timer immediately after plunging and again at night. I have not added any chemicals and I don't have any other filters other than the sponge filter in the water pump. Read more

I make Ice Bath chillers, and this is an absolutely amazing product. I use this, an aquarium filter, and a chlorine tab in a floating holder and I’m on the same water for going on four months. Read more
