Love this weighted vest. I have the 16lb. It will definitely take some getting used to but so far it's been great to wear on my walks. I have a large chest and was worried about it fitting probably but it's actually more comfortable than I thought and the adjustable straps help achieve the perfect fit. It's nice and durable and I like the black color. I have friends that have been wearing there's for months and have seen great results from their workouts so I'm hoping it'll be just as effective with me! Read more

I've just started using my vest; it's only been a week so far. I love that it comes with the detachable holder. It's very convenient for my phone. At first glance, it didn't look like my phone would fit, but it actually fit pretty nicely. I have a Samsung S22 Ultra. My husband has an Apple 16 Max Pro, and his also fits. We both have cases of different sizes, still no problem. I bought two different weights: the 12 and the 16 lb. I didn't realize how heavy that actually would be. They are sturdy and seem to be evenly distributed in weight. I've never worn a weighted vest before, so I didn't know what to expect. I was able to do my usual three-plus miles, but it was a major challenge, lol! I didn't even attempt to run. I only walk with it on. My husband and I are two different body weights and heights, with him being 6'3", probably 300 lbs, and myself 5'6", 190 lbs with DD breasts. The straps went across both our body types easily. I would buy again. I would start off with a lower weight, like the 6 lb, if a beginner. I'm pushing myself at 12. I may get the 6 now that I know better. It's too soon to see any difference or improvement in my body. Read more

16 lbs is truly a good starting point. I am a 56yr female: 5’7” and 160 lbs. Although after a few months, I may bump it up to a heftier weight. My Dr wanted me to wear it around the house while doing chores (let’s add in I maintain my pool and mow (not a ride-on) 1/3 acre and do all the yard maintenance, along with cleaning the house. I don’t hire people. Either way: lots of squatting, easy to get 9,000 steps of daily walking while wearing it. I just had a full physical with a bmi measurement. I’m in the process of losing weight. This has helped me build more muscle than fat. This is a bonus of wearing a weighted vest while walking, doing chores, climbing stairs, etc. I would never wear while driving. Ha! Some people. I did not notice any chemical smell from the vest even from day 1. 16-lbs is relatively easy for me to get on although that was a hefty box initially at the front door. I believe the vest weight is evenly distributed front to back. If I had to complain, I wish the straps were 1+ more or perhaps 1 smaller strap in addition to the other straps. I have the straps cinched all the way for a better fit for me and yet it feels a bit big. Some might say, it should fit the way it does and yet it does not slip around. It’s comfortable enough to wear while getting chores done, therefore if you are walking 2-4 miles, it should be comfortable enough. My firefighter wears a 60lb vest to walk to the gym or walk 5 miles to add further perspective. I will most likely bump the weight up to a 25lb next. If you are just starting out, buy the 16 lbs. I know it will feel heavy at first, but that will quickly be nothing. Read more

A good well made vest to wear while walking or working out. I'm trying to keep my bone health as I age so I read how wearing a weighted vest can help with that. I usually walk, either outside or on a walking pad inside and it does help with my posture and strengthen my legs and back. I got the 12 lb based on the needs from the description for my body type. I can also wear it around the house for everyday activity, but I am careful to try and only wear it 30 min. at a time. It fits well with 2 front straps, and I find since I'm not doing anything strenuous I usually only need the top strap on for security. The weighted beads are evenly distributed along the back and front shoulder areas. I am careful when putting it on so I don't pull or strain any particular part of my arms. Read more

Started with the recommended 12 lb weight, and I love it! The vest is very comfortable, with a secure double buckle and a convenient pocket for my phone. It’s reasonably priced compared to name-brand options but still feels durable and well-made. Definitely recommending this to the other moms in the neighborhood for our hot mom walks! Read more

I’ve tried a few different weighted vests, and this one from PACEARTH is hands-down my favorite. First off — no weird smell out of the box, which is a small but very appreciated detail. I really like the design, especially for women. It’s more comfortable across the chest than some of the bulkier styles I’ve tried, and it doesn’t ride up or bounce around. The material has a nice stretchability, and it feels snug without being suffocating. It’s super durable — I’ve had mine for a while and ended up buying a couple more in different weights since you can’t adjust the load on a single vest. That hasn’t been an issue for me though — it’s actually kind of nice to grab the weight you need without fussing with inserts. My husband even uses them for weighted pull-ups now, although fair warning: if your workout involves lifting your arms straight overhead, the vest can be a little limiting in that range of motion. Still, the functionality for most exercises is solid, and it’s held up great through all kinds of workouts. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a no-fuss, comfortable vest that does its job well.
