..I wanted to love thos Pillow... wad excited to get it . First, it looks " USED " BUT put into a Proper Box . ..the Cover is NOT " WHITE ", It looks an off - white colour. .... I did not like that. Secondly, IT IS TOO HARD, even for a " Firm " Down Pillow. ..I've had quite a few Down Pillows,but not THIS HARD of one..the thickness is okay ,IT IS JUST TOO HARD ,FOR SLEEPING. . Very disappointed. It’s hard purchasing pillows online, when bed bath and beyond was still a physical store, I could physically feel the difference, now you spend a lot and hope for the best. I’m discerning, I gave a 4 for the overall critique. I purchased the firm pillow, it does give support, it’s a better quality product, but not the discernment of quality described. I like it and will use it til the next one’s. Again it does offer good support, doesn’t sink or flatten, I’m a side sleeper, it’s a firm that doesn’t fold and still remain comfortable, but does work. One major drawback is I have felt several (feathers, quills, etc) poking through, and that’s with covers. I’m not disappointed with the pillows, just aggravating not being able to feel/touch before purchase. Read more
These pillows have great reviews and I can't figure out why. They are hard and it's like they're filled with straw. I have a down comforter from Pacific Coast and I love it, but I do not recommend the pillows. They're not actually returnable because they're shipped squished flat and I'd have to buy a box to send them back as they're no longer flat. Read more
The 3 pillows seem true. But the zip them in cover is a pillow on its own. Unfortunatly its polyfill. ..very disapounted. Whats the point. Read more
