I love Pacifica products, but these eyeliners are dried out and the product barely shows up on the eyes lids so you can’t get the look of enhancing your eyes fully. Honestly I truly wanted to love this liner as I love so many of the other products from this brand, but there was nothing to love. It was so completely runny and watered down. It wasn’t thick at all so it would’ve taken several layers to make it dark enough. The runny consistency also made it run into tiny pores in my upper eyelids above where I was trying to apply it making it look sloppy instead of nice and straight and even. Also definitely wasn’t designed with the lower inner lash line in mind. Didn’t stay there at all. I tried for several minutes to do my best to make it look better but it just isn’t a good product. The brush does not hold its own color. No matter how much you shake it, stand on its end, etc. It will not fill with the color from the pen. It ends up applying very light and also grows mold on the tip of the brush within a week. Bad product. Read more
