Just received PAJAR Canada Moscou 3 Women's Nylon Waterproof Winter Boots, size 11, with special ice gripper tool. The boots look very well made and the Velcro closure is comfortable (no problem with putting on boots and tucking my jeans into them). I ordered these boots because winters in Seattle are very slippery, and I love the built-in ice grip feature. I have a severe bunion on my big toe, and next to it there is a crooked toe. Due to problems with my left foot, I only wear larger size 11 wide shoes/boots. So, I decided to try the PAJAR Canada Moscou 3, 11M boots. Reading the reviews, I almost convinced myself that I would most likely return the new winter boots. To my surprise, the boots were long and wide enough and did not cause any pain to my joint. Next problem: I have to wear orthotics because I need arch support. I tried putting in orthotics, they fit inside on top of all the original insoles, but it puts some pressure on the bunion because they (orthotics) eat up all the free space inside the shoe. I will wear them without orthotics (bummer). Hopefully over time the boots will become softer, and this will allow me to use orthotics. I haven't had a chance to wear them outside yet. AFTER HAVING FALLEN ON ICE LAST YEAR AND DISLOCATING MY SHOULDER, I WANTED TO PURCHASE A PAIR OF CLAMP ONS FOR MY BOOTS. I CAME UPON THESE AMAZING BOOTS WITH BUILT IN GRIPPERS. HOW INVENTIVE! THE BOOTS ARE COMFORTABLE AND WARM. I CAN PULL OUT THE GRIPPERS WHEN I NEED THEM.(ESPECIALLY WALKING IN ICEY PARKING LOTS) AND DON'T HAVE TO WEAR ANY UGLY EXTERIOR GRIPS. THANKS PAJAR! Read more

I love the look and the style of this boot. It’s very warm, and the ice grippers are what I bought this boot for and they’re great. The boot runs very large though. I’m usually a size 7 and I ordered two pairs - 37 (6-6.5) and 38 (7-7.5) to see which ones fit better. Well they’re both too big for me! I kept the 37s but I’m kind of thinking I should have tried a 36 (5-5.5). Other than that, I love this boot. Read more

I ordered 2 different sizes and returned the one that didn't fit. Really nice warm boots and the ice spikes on the bottom are great. But it wasn't until the second pair arrived that I realized it was supposed to come with a keychain to flip the ice things on the bottom to either spikes or no spikes. Really hurts your fingers without the keychain. Make sure yours comes with the keychain. Luckily the size I kept is the one that arrived with the keychain attached to the tags. The other didn't have any tags and was probably a return that wasn't properly checked. I give the boots 5 stars but put 4 because of the keychain issue. Not fair for those like me who didn't know it was supposed to come with one. Read more

I got these for my 82 year old mom. They are easy to get on and off. She can't say enough about how helpful they are with icy conditions. The construction is excellent. Watching my elderly parents walk confidently on ice is enough to justify the price. You get what you pay for. Read more

I really like the ice breakers on the bottom of the boots. I have used them on a downhill ice coated driveway and never slipped. I also like the Velcro straps because they stay put and never come loose. Read more
