So far so good. Good picture and sound on a 32" TV. The owner's manual is adequate. I may update this when I have more disks again and used it more. It came with firmware v 1.09 and I tried to update it but I got the same error with several different thumb drives. I contacted Panasonic support and the rep escalated it to their engineers. A couple of days later I got an email saying that this model, which has no network port and no WiFi, is newer, and its firmware, version 1.09, is the latest and final version for it. Read more

My older TV is my main tv and used with all three, only the Panasonic worked similarly with the easy to install easy to understand with out reading instructions, it is being used now and is similarly easy to use as was my original Sony.....No PROBLEM, it has found a home with me so I will buy another...for my wife to use in the bedroom when she doesn't want to watch mine, the main Panasonic now has taken over!!!
