I have been using these same buds for years. When I buy more, it is usually because I lent or gave a set to someone, or somebody else mistreated them. I have never had one break the wires inside, because I wind them carefully and secure them after use. The sound is very good to great; on a unit like a big Kindle Fire with Dolby it is excellent. The price speaks for itself. I keep a set in all my bags, always ready. It even has graduated size extra buds, too. I just use the medium size, but its a cute idea. The only thing I don't like is the packaging, almost impossible to open. Still, I recommend these highly and I buy more as soon as I need them. Read more

this product is awesome, you dont really need another positive review. they do everything you hope for and cost only 10 bucks. You will eventually pull too hard on the wire to the bud and it will stop working. Buy another pair. Read more

I was surprised by how good these sound, and then by how cheap and badly it was made. I just got them and i already know that in like a few months the audio jack is gonna fail or the wire is gonna get pulled in the wrong way and fail. Bonus, the earbuds fit really well Read more

I've had my SoundMagic E10's for a lot of years. They have lasted a long time and the cords have really lasted. However, they don't stay in my ears very good. I am always stuffing them back in and that gets annoying. Also the sound is just so-so. These panasonics are cheaper, and the cords aren't as robust, I can tell already. BUT they are 1/3 the price of the SoundMagic and they stay in, are comfortable and actually sound better than my SoundMagic E10's do. So in the end, these are an awesome set of earbuds for the price. Now we'll just see how they last. Read more

This is my second set of Panasonic earphones, the first were the similar HJE120's which I was very pleased with, and these newer 125's are even better-!! The price is virtually the same yet these 125's have even better sound - in my opinion. The 125's must have updated drivers since they show a wider frequency response in the specs. and it really shows up in the increased presence and overall sound quality. I know theres better earphones out there but no way im spending $$$ for the brand of something so easily lost or damaged, at least not as long as I can get this kind of sound for ten bucks give or take. Some have the nerve to complain about the plain cord etc. but youre getting great sound for low $$ what more do ya want-? If I had any complaint it would be the cord is too short, a couple more feet is needed but I added a $2.00 5' extension and the sound is still great so im fine with it. Highly recommended, get yours now before they jack up the price-! Read more

These broke in 2 months. The right side stopped working. I have purchased a few pairs of these same headphones over several years, they all lasted much longer. Read more

For years I was buying JVC earbuds that were pretty decent and fit my small ears well. (After about 18-24 months generally they'd crap out and I'd have to replace them, which was fine because they were like, $10 each.) However, those were discontinued and I had to struggle to find a pair of just simple wired earbuds with a 3.5mm jack to use with my ancient iPod Nano (which is still my preferred music listening device). The sound quality on these is pretty decent (nothing mind-blowing, but also not terrible, and with a decent-enough bass for such small earbuds) and they do a pretty good job of filtering out most outside noise just by how well they fit in your ear. I use them with the smallest tips and I can wear them comfortably for hours. At first I was suspicious of their oblong shape, but I find they don't get pulled out of my ears by accident as easily as my old (round) JVC ones did, so there is something to the shape. (Also, the ear tips seem to stay on better, which is good considering how many times I would lose the tips from my old ones in the bottom of my bag or something.) The cord is also a decent length. I'll definitely keep a stockpile of these around and hope they last me a long time. Read more
