I had tried previous pouches before with a zipper bottom and found that they were impossible to clean. Food would get stuck in the zipper and were the two pieces of plastic were fused together, and especially near the spout. The only way to clean them was to scrub each one with a thin brush and then put through the dishwasher and hope that you got it all and there wasn't any mold. If any food got around the spout, that was it. It had to go in the trash because there was no getting it out. These pouches are incredibly easy to clean and since they're made of flexible silicone and not a stiff plastic, you can fit more in a pouch and it doesn't squeeze out when you close it. I was originally afraid that my son would pull the top off because it doesn't twist on or anything but so far that has not happened and he loves his snack pouches! Not to mention the money they've saved me. The cheapest pouches I could find are about 80 cents and having done the math, making my own pouches, they're less than ten cents a piece for non-meat mixes. There aren't any crevices for food to get stuck in and filling them with water and putting the lid on and shaking for a few seconds removes all food debris and it's ready to go in the dishwasher. Great for feeding 8 month and up. These come clean easily in the dishwasher or hand washed. Have been used for all types of food and do not stain or have trouble with stuck on food. I have washed them a dozen times now. They seal perfectly and transport well. Stand up on their own for easy pouring and serving for baby. Great for little hands once they are able to grip confidently. Can fit 2 standard size baby food containers. They can get air in them easily so I wouldn’t recommend for babies brand new to table food. They also can be hard to squeeze all the food out of because they are not flat. I have only had these a few days, but I have used them and put them in the dishwasher. I purchased these to make my 2, 3, and 5 year olds some smoothie pouches. They hold decent amount, and are super easy to fill. They cleaned up nicely in the dishwasher. The only reason I am subtracting star is because my daughter was able to squeeze the pouch and make the top fly off. I wish the tops had a way to secure them to the pouch. Read more

Ease of use: Thanks to the funnels, they feel super easy and they stand up in my fridge, even if I squeeze out the air. It's also super easy to take an expo marker and write the date that I put the pureed food so i'm not guessing and I don't need to buy tape it just washes right off when I clean it. Durability: very sturdy, what's up with my toddler? And I was worried about the top, with it being a push in design, my kiddo struggles to get it out. I absolutely love these. I started with the name brand 2 pack which cost more than this 6 pack!!! These are just as good, if not better. I hand wash them, super easy just squirt soap and water and shake it up and squeeze it out. They are durable and soft enough for my toddler to squeeze.
