This bed is absolutely beautiful and turned out to be exactly what I wanted. It arrives in a large, heavy box (around 140 lbs), so be prepared for that. I ended up opening the box downstairs and carrying the pieces up one at a time. Everything was packed securely, and even though the box had a small dent, all the parts inside were in perfect condition. I assembled it by myself in about two hours. It took a bit of effort to line everything up without an extra set of hands, but it was definitely doable. Very sturdy I looked day and night for a beautiful bed with high headboard with cushion. It’s very sturdy. Not a squeak! Very well made . Bed is so cute and sturdy. Easy to put together. Easier with two people ofcourse. Had to contact sellers for something and they were very helpful and responsive. Frame is tall. No squeaks or movement in bed! Only negative is some of the pieces do have the smell others have mentioned. It’s a fishy glue smell. It took a while for it to go away.
