This massager is really nice! I am 7 months and it relieves a lot of end of the day (and let’s be honest- around the clock) lower back pain. The heat feels so good and the kneading is perfect. The only thing that would make it 5 stars in my opinion would be a battery only option that doesn’t need a plug when you’re not near one and if the massage/ kneading element had more variations. Decent enough unit. Heating elements started failing after 3 months. Quality of the covering is poor at best, it began shredding at the seams at 6 months. There's zipper to remove the covering hidden under a flap that doesn't allow you to grasp it. This is a decent massager for a fair price that I use almost daily so a lot of wear and tear. I bought it a little under a year ago and this last week the cover started to rip apart. I noticed that the cover zips around the whole unit so I contacted the company via Amazon and asked if there was a way to purchase a replacement cover. Instead they offered to exchange or refund me because it has a 3 year warranty and so I opted for an exchange because I like the unit and it achieves my needs. They sent me a replacement unit and it was delivered in less then two days. They don’t even require me to send back the defective unit. I’m thoroughly impressed by their customer service.
