I wanted some comfy, warm, real-shearling slippers that were durable, so I chose to purchase these. They ARE true shearling, they are warm and relatively durable. This is my first try at "scuffs" or "slides" whatever you want to call them and they take getting used to. First, your feet has to mold them in a bit before they fit good and stay on easily. Even then, they are NOT for serious side-stepping, they will roll very easily. They are house slippers and should be used as such. They are well made, very cozy and will keep your feet warm. Bought these for my husband, they are great! He wears a size 11.5 normally, we bought a 12 and they are great. Love that there is no logo on the shoe and while they aren't exactly ugg quality, I believe they are real sheepskin and keep his feet warm. I couldn't be more pleased with these luxurious slippers! I wore another brand for years in the Woman's version with the exterior fur trim but I am much happier with the streamlined design of the men's slipper. They are extra plush, I don't think the pope could hope for anything finer! Read more

I love the sheepskin, but the soles are like a wooden shoe. They are so solid that it makes you walk funny. The toe area is NOT sloped up at all so it is a square, blunt tripping hazard in my book.
