When Jeffrey Eisner writes a cookbook, he does not disappoint. His cookbooks are well thought out, and everything I've tried has been great. I have all his cookbooks (the instant pot rainbow - all 4 books and this pasta one.) He is one of the few cookbook authors of whom I would buy their book unseen. He's consistent and his recipes are really good. One of Jeffrey's instant pot books is the automatic gift I give to any friend who gets their first instant pot. Now we have this pasta book. It is a fabulous book as well. Jeffrey gives lots of great instruction and offers easy substitutions for cooks. If you need a meal with pasta, Jeffrey has some choice recipes for you.
