This is a unique design that caught my eye immediately. I wanted lightweight and gold plated so that there would be no irritation of my earlobe, both of these satisfied here. Once I got them on I was delighted with the beautiful effect. They were not easy for me to put on since my fingers are old and stiff, and the hanging loop is not attached so it can fall off before clasping. the Clasp was not easy for me either. I wish I had looked more closely at the photos and read the reviews before purchasing. These earrings are cute and stylish, but they are much smaller than they appear. More importantly, the clasp mechanism is poorly designed. When I opened one earring, the second piece immediately flew off and I spent about 15 minutes searching for it on the floor under my bed. The closure feels flimsy and not built to last, so I can easily see it failing over time. They look adorable, but the design makes them impractical for long-term wear. Read more
