It was really easy to put together and so far the seats have not moved. it would be a nice plus if the seller had included some double sided tape to keep the cushions in place. I now have some heavy books on one of the two "c" shaped memory foam cushions to try to reform them back into shape. I chalked it up to them being packed inside the bottom of the chairs them selves and packed by a pressurized press. The heavy book thing did not work out . so I gently steamed the two cushions and laid them out to dry overnight in a warm room flat to dry overnight and that helped a lot to flatten them out! the frames them selves are solid wood ( a rarity these days to find in furniture) and steady. I also liked the face that the short legs screwed in from the legs themselves and you do not have to deal with trying to hold the leg and deal with another tool while doing so. now for the cons, which they are just two: when you screw in the legs, one will not fit into one of the holes, but it will fit into another one. you will know that it will not because it will be hard to screw in. other than that, the rest of the legs went it mostly smoothly. 2.) the brackets that connect the seat and the back are a bit tricky to get just right to slide into each other, but once they are in, the back is firm.
