This is a solid charger for PS4 controllers. I have tried others and they have had problems with the charger connections, and I wouldn't always get a full charge. This one doesn't have those problems. What's to like: - It does what it's meant to do. It charges PS4 controllers without any issues - It's low profile. Not bulky. - Docking a controller is super simple. Set it in the slot and you're done - The electrical plugs ends aren't unnecessarily big and don't take up more than one slot on a power strip. - The glowing blue lights on the docking station look cool What's to know: - This charger requires a small adapter to be attached to a controller in order to charge. This doesn't bother me at all. But, it does add a little bit more weight to the controller. Not much. But, if you are super picky about adding even a small accessory to the controller, it's something to take into consideration. This is a bit more expensive than the competition but it is well worth the price difference. Well made, perfect size, and it charges quickly. I like that is has its own power supply, even though the PS4 can charge from the USB port, I don't feel comfortable putting that extra burden on the PS4 power supply. It’s a PS4 remote charger. It’s still working well over a year later. It doesn’t seem to over charge the remote controller which should help the longevity of them. My old charger kill 3 remotes by over charging them. It’s slick simple and I set it out of the way in the back.
