I'm really liking how the Peauty Maternity Ripped Jeans with the Straight Leg and Distressed are remarkably comfortable and cute. It's been really hard trying to find a pair of maternity jeans that are both comfortable and cute, until I found the Comfortable Stretch Over The Belly Pregnancy-Pants. These jeans fit way better than I expected, I sized up to a 12, since I only recently gave birth to my son when I found out I was expecting again. Since I still had some post pregnancy weight, I was worried about how the size might be affected, but as soon as I tried these on I knew these were going to be a great fit as my pregnancy belly grows. Another plus with these jeans are the Two side pockets and two back pockets are both functional and fashionable! Pockets are a huge plus on these jeans, they are deep and easily holds my phone, a pacifier, a sippy cup, and snacks! These maternity jeans are Crafted from a breathable and durable blend of 65% cotton, 28% polyester, 5% rayon, and 2% spandex, and provides just the right amount of stretch and softness to keep you comfortable while maintaining the shape. I purchased what I believed was my current size, 14, and these jeans are quite generously sized. They are comfortable, have some stretch while still feeling durable and quality, and look trendy with the rips at the knee. The initially caught my eye because they favored my favorite prepregnancy Levi's! I am 5'8", for reference and these for just about how they depict in the listing... ending at about the ankle. I'd prefer a longer pant leg, but come spring Capri pants are more "in style", and perhaps I'll grow a bit more and fit these less loosly. The tummy portion is a game changer in terms of comfort! Im in my 5th month (23 weeks) and while i can fit the leg/ go portion of my jeans, buttoning then it's completely out of the question. The best part of these jeans has to be the tummy portion that has ample room for a growing bump. Overall these jeans are a great value. I really appreciate that they feel like authentic Jean material and not the fabric used for jeggings. I woukd spring repurchase these, especially if the brand has a long legged version! These are so cute. They are very stylish. I wore them out to a concert and I got so many compliments on them.. they are super nice I already gave birth but I wore them anyway and they give me that extra comfort in my stomach area. Instead of having to wear something tight because I want some support the only thing there really was was belly bands and shape hair. With this I didn't have to worry about that I never thought about using maternity clothes after being pregnant but this gave me the right amount of support without being too tight and uncomfortable. The seams are stitched really well. They fit really nicely. I would order a size down I ordered a size down just because I had already given birth and I'm happy I did. I think even if I was still pregnant a size down would have been better. The fabric is nice it comes up high enough that you would feel supported if you were pregnant and it's not itchy. These maternity jeans are super comfortable and cute at the same time. The soft belly band stretches nicely as your bump grows, and the fabric has just the right amount of stretch without losing its shape. I like the distressed straight-leg style; easy to dress up or keep casual. The pockets are functional, and they’re comfy enough for everyday errands or outings. So quality wise I actually don’t think they’re bad at all! The waist band is super soft and stretchy and is really comfy on. The jeans themselves are also stretchy material so they’re not real denim which is fine by me! The stitching is great and I love the distressed jean look and the fact they have functional pockets. Overall a good product at face value! My problem comes in when referring to the size chart. The size chart gives exact measurements to go by and then those measurements do not at all match the actual fit of these pants. My waist is definitely larger than 26in but size 8 sounded right because I worried a size 10 would be waaaayy too big. For reference I am 5’7 and 138lbs. I was correct but also incorrect because the 8 is also way too big. I think if they updated the sizing chart to be more accurate they’d have better luck overall. When you refer to a sizing chart you’re expecting that chart to be an accurate gauge of what’s going to fit. Hopefully as I gain more weight in my pregnancy maybe they’ll fit better but overall they are not the correct size, not the correct size that I got from using their sizing chart. These maternity jeans are comfortable and have a nice amount of stretch, but the sizing runs larger than expected. I actually sized down, and they still feel oversized. Since my belly isn’t full force just yet, the over-the-belly panel doesn’t have much grip, so they tend to feel loose. That said, the material is soft and flexible, and I can see these fitting much better as my bump grows. I think they’ll be great later in pregnancy, just not ideal for the early stages. If you’re between sizes or early on, you may want to size down or wait until later to wear them. Theyre well made and the material is soft but thick. Read more
