I had an issue with the AC charging cord. I emailed and got ahold of Kein. Kein was amazing! I was out of town. Kein helped me verify eligibility (while I'm on the road no less) sent me the replacement cord, and when I got back the generator is ready to go again. I purchased the bundle on Cyber Monday from Pecron.com. Due to high demand, it went out of stock, and I didn't receive it until Dec28. However, Pecron notified me that it was on backorder and gave me a choice of a compensation gift. I chose the Pecron D77 UPS for my router. I love the power station along with the expansion battery. I live in Chicago, and it's winter, so solar charging isn't the best. I used a 4800-watt WEN inverter generator to initially charge the system. I purchased it for power outages to connect my furnace in the winter. My power goes out several times a year, and it's only getting worse. I had to reach out to customer support because I couldn't get the expansion battery to charge. I had also purchased an extra cable, believing that was the problem. Lily contacted me and explained how to make sure the power station and battery were balanced. She also said the needed cable was already included and cancelled the unnecessary order. Not only did she prevent me from buying unnecessary items, but she also provided me with a step-by-step explanation on how to charge the power station and expansion battery at the same time. I bought the exact setup through Pecron web site. I had an expansion battery go bad. The communications worked well for returning for repair. But there was a problem with the repair so it took much longer than the normal return. Tech service apologized and shipped a new battery and communicated the shipping and enquired to it working correctly. This was definitely top notch service Read more
