The material is part linnen, so after I wash them, I put them in a delicate dry cycle, and they come out perfect and ready to wear. Then I dry the rest of my load on regular dry cycle. Loved the color (coffee), loved the fit everywhere except for the waist, it was too tight even with the elastic waistband. I wear between a medium and large depending on how it's made. The length was perfect as were the leg and hip areas. The pockets were as good as non-existent, if you had change in them it would fall out and I needed my cell phone to fit. By far my worst Amazon purchase. These were urine yellow and look nothing like the pic. The package had multiple labels on it, so it looked like they had been sent back by someone else then sent to me. I washed them hoping I might be able to donate them and they shrunk to shorts.
