Very breathable. I sweat a lot at work. I work at a medical center where I have to wear a hazmat suit most of the day but also have to wear business semi-formal work clothes for when I talk to patients. Any normal clothes I wear are completely soaked in sweat when I take my isolation suit off. These are so nice and thin I'm not plastered with wet pants when I'm in my suit. They're not so thin that they're see-throuh which is also important. They're very soft, stretchy and comfortable. You'll definitely want to get maybe a size larger than normal. Because of the thinness of the material, if you got your normal size or skinny size, it would be extremely form fitting and very revealing of the shapes underneath.
