Excellent Product (once setup)
I appreciate that the product is Made in Taiwan, therefore I don't have to worry about a Chinese product stealing my data (or whatever I'm writing). Setting up as of 10/20/2025 was a little bit tedious as the setup was not very intuitive, however after calling their customer service and getting a walkthrough, I was able to get it setup and the writing was good. What I also like is that my systems can still be in English mode and then the tablet is in Chinese so I don't need to toggle back and forth between English and Chinese Mandarin every single time. Easy to use, very instinctive interface
Second verse, better than the first! The first one we ordered wasn't recognized by the computer. The return/replacement process was fast and painless. This unit is the replacement and it linked up perfectly and works flawlessly. Couldn't be happier. Read more
The serial number was denied by the company. Installation does not work at all!
1. It is Pen Power product, but its serial number (S/N) is denied by the company. Why is this product allowed on the market? 2. The installation of the software is tricky. It could not be done! Worst, there is no customer service allowing customer to call for question. What a lousy service! 3. I would request for a refund for this useless gudget from the company. 4. Amazon is OK. May be glitchy
about 30% of the time the intend character does not come up, not sure if it's me or the writing pad. Sometimes it takes several attempts before the correct character pops up so it may take a while to complete a document. I lost it's stylus so thankfully it allows me to use another brand's stylus. It doesn’t plug-and-go. It needs initial calibration and needs to open folder in “my computer “ screen. Unfortunately, to look for “my computer “ screen in Windows 11, just similar to walk in the labyrinth! Read more
