MICROWAVE for OMGoodness!

Steven BusseApril 2, 2026✓ Verified purchase

I've eaten these cookies for years but never thrilled by how hard and crumbly they are. Enter the Microwave... I just thought it would jazz up the white chocolate. But it also made the cookie LESS crumbly and 10X more delicious. So much so that I no longer want to share these with my dog! Not sure who reads these but I wish I had tried the microwave sooner as I am not really a cookie dunker any more. Read more

Good!

Nice for dunking and keeping around for something sweet because to tired or lazy to make a batch. 8 cookies will do.🤓🍪🥛 Not expensive, taste is crunchy, nutty, sweet and I really liked the Macadamia and white chocolate the best. Good for dunking and even with tea. Read more

I love these cookies but they came completely broken.

Sophia DavidAugust 23, 2025✓ Verified purchase

These are one of my favorite cookies. I love pepperidge farm cookies and bought 3 different packages. They were all in crumbles. I didn't mind since that's how I prefer to eat my cookies broken in pieces. However, Amazon should package food products better. Read more

Crispy

Seattle bluesNovember 18, 2025✓ Verified purchase

For some reason I thought that these were going to be soft and chewy but they are crispy. Too hard for me to eat. Plus they were very broken I guess they'll have to be used like a cereal with milk poured over them. They tasted good but will not buy again Read more

NOT “Baked,” Packaged, or Sold “With Care” - Where’s My Refund?

Ann Amazon ShopperDecember 11, 2025✓ Verified purchase

Pepperidge Farms appears to be having serious manufacturing and quality control issues wherever it is making and packaging its so-called “12 ounces” of also so-called “Tahoe White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies.” When I opened the package, most of the cookies were missing. Instead, there were just incomplete cookie pieces or simply only crumbs where whole cookies should have been. There was no side by side whole cookie presentation as one might expect. Also, the so-called “white chocolate” and macadamia nut ingredients were not even correctly represented in the sparse cookie pieces and crumbs where whole cookies should have been. Pepperidge Farms also decided to blow off its “Ingredients” list by substituting regular chocolate chips for some of the “white chocolate chips” along with cookie pieces and crumbs where whole cookies should have been. If wanted to eat regular chocolate chip cookies, I could have bought them fresh from a bakery for example. The meager two or three cookies and pieces or crumbs which didn’t even make a whole cookie were a strange blend of white chocolate and regular chocolate. I had never ordered these before and I’d only just ordered a couple 5 ounce bag of butter cookies to satisfy a holiday season sweet tooth. I wasn’t certain that these cookies might not normally have included regular chocolate chips, but the ingredients list verified they weren’t supposed to even be present. It caused me to wonder, “How often are ingredients which shouldn’t be in Pepperidge Farm Cookies added?” There definitely was not 12 ounces of even any strange cookie hybrid because so little was in the bag at all. The manufacturing information on the bag appears to report “Sell by 03/29/26 WO3A395 11:53:39.” Pepperidge Farm needs to address its internal manufacturing and quality control problems, and Amazon needs to improve its Order Issue and Refunds because there were no means available to report these issues and to receive a much needed refund for this product which was clearly defective and missing most of any cookie content and contained no “Tahoe White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies.” Read more

Not as Good as I Remembered

MNFebruary 25, 2025✓ Verified purchase

I used to absolutely love these Pepperidge Farm Tahoe White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies—would devour them in no time! But after buying a bag recently, I can’t help but feel disappointed. The texture is not what I remember. These cookies used to be soft and gooey, almost melting in your mouth, but now they’re quite hard. They’re not stale, but they’re dry and crumbly, which isn’t ideal for a soft, melt-in-your-mouth cookie. When I bite into one, it just falls apart into crumbs instead of being a satisfying, chewy treat. Additionally, the cookies seem smaller now compared to what I remember. I used to love how the cookies were large and filled the bag, touching the walls of the container. It feels like everything is shrinking—cookies, portions, and the overall quality—and it’s frustrating, especially considering the higher price tag with inflation. I’m not sure if they’ve changed the formula or ingredients, but something’s definitely off with the quality control. Given how expensive these are, I think I’ll stick to baking my own cookies from now on. It's a shame because I used to really enjoy these, but I’m not sure they’re worth it anymore. Read more
