Only One Cavity In 30 Years With Pepsodent
This might seem like a far-fetched thing to say, but it is true: Back in 1995, I did a 'toothpaste' test for one year. For 6 months I took my son off of Pepsodent and had him use a popular brand of toothpaste, and in 6 months he had 3 cavities. (That's 3 cavities in 6 months). I put him back on Pepsodent, and on his next dental exam, there were no cavities. So for the past 30 years, he has had only one cavity that ended in a root canal. (IN 30 YEARS!). All these years, I have bought him only Pepsodent; I have never switched to anything else after 1995. Back then, I didn't have a computer, but I would buy Pepsodent in the stores. I can't find them in stores anymore, but I'm so glad Amazon still carries them. He never goes all day without brushing his teeth, and he's strict about this. It is now January 8, 2026, and the last dental exam he had was in October of 2025...NO CAVITIES, and that can be proven. Read more
