I use these brand nasal strips for cycling and walking and it works well. My only gripe is the loose fabric tickles my nose and I’m constantly having to pull the excess thread from the strip. I like to wear the breathe right with my my CPAP machine at night... I like these a lot and felt like they stayed on a little bit better, at least when my face was clean. Sometimes I feel like the regular strength one's from the name brand peel off a little too easy. I also like how they are black and look a little bit less silly on my face than the plastic ones. Stickiness: They did a good job keeping nasal passages open, and helped with snoring, but unfortunately the adhesive is too strong and tore skin on bridge of nose. I wasn’t entirely sure the nasal strips were issue, and I tried multiple times, let nose heal and then re-try but after a couple nights using these nasal strips I will get torn skin on nose. They do say to remove with soap and water, but admittedly I’m too lazy to do this in morning. The breath rite brand doesn’t bother my skin, so at least I have alternative I know works. Read more
