These nasal strips work great! The adhesion is strong, they stay on all night, and they hold up well during workouts. These nasal strips are very solid. I work night shift about 13 hours a day and after using these I can tell a massive difference in my breathing and overall how I feel when I wake up. My wife usually can’t stand my snoring when I get off work but now she barely hears it! Read more
I wanted to like these Performance Nasal Strips for Breathing, and when they work, they really do help open up my nasal passages and make it easier to breathe, especially at night. The wide black design feels supportive, and the size fits well across my nose without feeling uncomfortable. That said, applying them can be tricky. It’s hard to put them on the nose without touching the adhesive, and once you do, it seems to lose some of its stickiness. Because of that, I’ve had trouble keeping them on overnight or during the day. Out of the 10 I’ve used so far, 3 didn’t stick well at all and popped up almost immediately, which made them completely ineffective. I think that might be why they include 90 in the box, there are bound to be a few that don’t hold up. The ones that stay on do a great job of improving airflow and feel strong even with a bit of sweat or oil on the skin, but the inconsistency makes it hard to trust the pack long term. For the price, it’s still a decent value, but I wish the quality control was more reliable. Read more

So far I’ve been throughly enjoying using these nasal strips. As someone who’s never used them before they seem very effective at opening up my airways. I’ve been using them at night time the past couple of nights and even got my gf and mom to try them out and they seemed to enjoy the benefits from them as well. Read more
