Icemaker in top compartment of refrigerator clogged with ice cubes which then froze together making the icemaker inoperable. The manageable size an the extra convenient attachments are well suited for cleaning small spaces and the exteriors of large sliding glass doors. The water reservoir holds enough water to allow one-hand operation yet produces enough steam to do good size jobs without tiring your arm. Read more

After the initial opening of the steamer there were no instructions to determine how and where to open the steamer to fill with water. The release valve is very difficult to open for filling. This steamer did a very nice job and after many different uses I am hoping to have it last for many years. Great product for the price. Read more

I ordered this product in April of 2019 for my husband and his brother. One steamer works the other does not. We just opened it about a week ago, and now the return window is closed. Can we exchange it for another one? Read more
I give the original product a 3 because the attachments would not stay attached to the steamer. This steam is easy to use & give a lot of steam with good pressure. The maker gets a 5 rating, replaced defective attachments in a timely manor. I would recommend this item. Read more

I am leaving this one star review because the design of this steamers cap is dangerous. Instead of a traditional screw in until tight/un-screw mechanism for the lid. Removal appears to be facilitated by pressing the lever to allow removal of the lid. When tightening there is no definitive 'screwed in' state. The cap rotates and 'floats' ambiguously. Operating the steamer subjected me to steam being delivered to me from the trigger area. I am going to throw this away and buy another brand. Read more
