I had an uncomfortable twin mattress we used for a daybed. It was really uncomfortable, it we live in the sticks, so shopping for a new mattress is tough. It’s impossible to know what an actual bed/mattress feels like over the internet, and they’re pretty pricey. Instead, we bought this topper/pad, and wow. Complete game changer. It’s super comfortable, and it’s now the go to for weekend naps. It’s ventilated, so I don’t get too warm, even in August. I don’t toss or turn as much. I just sink into it, and feel everything just relax, but supported everywhere. It’s honestly a great topper, and it didn’t smell upon opening, and was full size within an hour or so. Wow!! This is like sleeping on a cloud. I’m a side sleeper, and this mattress really cradles where you’d normally feel pressure, like on your shoulders and hips. But this mattress just alleviates it. I’ve only opened it and used it 15 minutes ago so it hasn’t even fully expanded, but so far im extremely satisfied. I have noticed that the holes allow more air flow, so I think that does help with the cooling. I will update my review if there is any differences after it fully expands, but for now, im very happy with my purchase!! Super soft and comfortable and I don’t want to get out of bed. I truly didn’t know what I missing out on. I got this for my queen size bed. It is comfortable but It rips easily and it’s very hot in the summer. It’ll absorb your sweat like a sponge and then you’ll just be laying in a puddle of sweat the rest of the night. It’s not “marshmallow” or “cloud soft” but it hugs the body PERFECTLY! I was looking for something super marshmallow soft when I ordered this but I love the medium firmness with ultra cushy feel more. It cradles the body in the most comfortable way ever and has reduced my back pain. Read more
Our mattress was starting to bug us as it gets older, but since purchasing a new one just isn’t in the cards right now, we decided to give this memory foam pad a try. We were not disappointed. It’s like sleeping on a cloud. The 2-inch size is plenty of height. In fact, one of our standard sets of sheets no longer fits, and we had to buy some with deeper pockets. It only took 3-4 hours after opening the package to expand fully, and there was no chemical smell (reviews were mixed on this, but we didn’t notice anything). The one thing I must point out is that this is WARM. It says it’s cooling, but if you cover it in a water proof mattress pad, I guess this overrides that feature! Purchased for use on a pull out lounger. Opened up the packaging and let it expand and sit for 2 days before use. After fully expanding set everything up and put on linens. The pad was very soft and felt comfortable, the cooling part was not so noticeable and found myself feeling warm. There was adequate support for a back and side sleeping. Used the topper for a week and when it was time to change bed coverings, I found that the topper was falling apart. I found a lot of small pieces of foam that came off and also areas that started to tear by the "vent holes" that were part of the topper design. At first I thought this product would be the one that I keep for a long time based on all the other reviews I have read but it was not. Not sure about workmanship or material if that was the issue with why my topper was not holding up. All in all I feel it was a good product and provided good support, still not sure about the cooling aspect of the product as I did not feel or experience it. I planned to at least use this product for more/longer than I was able to before I would have to look for another one. But as in all products, it depends on which manufacturing batch you get that would show how well it would perform and also possibly where you live that might affect the performance of the product.
