PERFECT boots. I’m back to buy another color
I can’t believe there aren’t more reviews of these boots. They’re perfect, true to size, and exactly what I was looking for: taller than ankle booties but shorter than knee-high boots. I wanted a pair similar to what Selena Gomez’s character wears in season 5 of her TV show “Only M*rders In The Building” — I want to be able to wear the boots with both cropped and full-length pants AND have them look sleek and professional enough for my office job. Y’all, I literally bought 10 pairs of boots to try, and THESE were the ones I ended up keeping. I bought both the navy blue and the brown. The navy is VERY dark and in certain lighting even looks black — I almost returned them for this reason but ended up keeping them because I simply could not find a better-priced or more comfortable navy boot with the sleek profile and mid-calf height I wanted. Quality is great and even seems a bit better than what you would find at a box store like Target. The foot bed is padded but not overly so. The upper is lined with soft, low-pile (short trimmed) faux fur, which is NOT thick or bulky but is just enough to help keep your feet warm. The heel is sturdy, not too high, and on trend in terms of shape. These boots are easy to walk in. I normally wear a 7.5 in women’s shoes but always to get my boots in an 8 so that I can wear thick socks underneath during the winter. I ordered these in an 8, and they fit exactly as expected. I would buy another set of these boots in a HEARTBEAT if anything happened to mine and I needed to replace them. In fact, I like these boots so much, I’m considering buying the white/ivory color.
