My Kindergartener was so excited for this. It broke after the first three days of school. We could super glue it, but that will immobilize the handle. EDIT: This company sent us two new water bottles after my daughter's broke in just three days. I thoroughly appreciate that they did this on their own accord. It will be a month next week that we have had the new ones. The new water bottle has survived close to a full month of Kindergarten, lots of recesses, Trunk or Treats, and the ever relentless drops a 5 year old will undoubtedly accidentally do, repeatedly. This water bottle has a nice design on it. They took their time to laser in the name and icon on the bottle. It has a handle for someone to carry the water bottle with ease. The cleaning is easy with handwashing. I was able to contact the business and get a replacement bottle for one of my bottles that came and had a rattle noise. They were quick to respond and replace it. I will definitely buy from them again and recommend to others!! Read more

I was super surprised at how well this kept my kiddos water ice cold. We used it all last summer and it’s still going strong. It was a little heavy for her but now she is two and carries it well. It’s very sturdy and I haven't had leak issues as long as the lid is closed. The print still looks good even after all the love it’s got. It’s not cheap print that’s a sticker, it’s actually on there. I ended up buying two for my neighbors too. Read more

The customization looks great but unfortunately the bottle is of poor quality and my daughter is unable to drink from it as the water does not come up the straw and if it does, it’s very difficult and little. Now it just sits in the cabinet. UPDATE The customer service reached out and offered to send me a replacement straw and lid now my daughter is able to use water bottle and loves it because it has her name and a mermaid tail on it. For the price this is absolutely not worth it. The lids are made from brittle plastic that can't survive small drops without cracking and exploding. Also maybe not the best idea to give kids plastic like that to drink out of, chew on etc. The seller is great though. I have a feeling this is more of a supply chain issue than an issue with the seller. We reached out to the seller, bc you'd expect 50 bucks worth of kid cup (bought 2) would last for more than a week. They issued a full refund and wanted our feedback so they could improve the product. Honestly I'd give the seller 5 stars and the actual cup 0 stars, that's why 3 star. The cup itself is made of the cheapest/sketchiest parts and plastic, you're paying a premium for laser engraving, not a premium cup. Read more
