My first impression of the trimmer is that it feels more durable than the one I normally use. However, perhaps there was something strange, but it would not turn on, even after leaving it charging for 3-4 hours as indicated by the manual. After removing and replacing the many accessories that it came with, it turned on (strange, I'll keep an eye on it). The device does it's job, and with the many accessories, I was able to grab the outside of the ear and along the inside without any problems. So far, so good. I am a bit worried about not turning on though that first time, but I've used it for a week now and I haven't had any issues. Read more

I liked the idea of having multiple heads and being rechargeable. What I don’t like is that the “charge” lasted for a matter of minutes and needed to be plugged in far too often. So the power fell off dramatically making it a real problem to use. On top of that, the blades broke off inside the rotating head under normal use. So it’s essentially worthless after 3 months, just outside the return window. Not worth it, keep looking. I’m buying a replacement that will be battery operated. UPDATE: I contacted the manufacturer and they were quick to send a replacement head which solved the problem of the blade breaking off. However, the lack of power and the quick battery fade affects the performance and overall rating. No one wants to charge it after 2 uses. Read more

Nose hairs aren't fun to trim but the Pete & Pedro Nose & Ear Hair Trimmer makes nose hair upkeep a cinch! It is MUCH less painful and more convenient than tweezers. OUCH!!! For those that like simple gadgets, this one is for you! No bells and whistles. There aren't 25 different attachments to choose from or a million settings. It is literally 3 easy to use attachments. You can't get much more straightforward than that! The fact that this trimmer is rechargeable is awesome! Our current nose and ear hair trimmer runs on batteries and even though it doesn't get used on a daily basis, it seems to go through batteries like crazy. I definitely prefer a rechargeable device. A full charge should last you close to an hour. The last thing that you want is a weak powered nose hair trimmer. You will end up with a ton of ripping and pulling! Super ouch! I didn't experience any of that with this trimmer. It tackled those pesky nose hairs with ease with no pain or irritation! Read more
