This is a 16 pack of AAA NiMH cells. I’m using them in remotes, string lights, and kids toys so far. lights are nice and bright. Ease of use is great with a standard NiMH charger. Functionality: steady output and they hold a charge fine for a week in a drawer. Capacity feels like typical AAA, not the claimed 2100 mAh. After 8 cycles, durability looks good with no swelling or leaks. Weight is normal. Value for money is strong. Minor gripe: flimsy storage case. Read more
I ordered the Phillips AA 24-Pack of Long-Life Batteries (non-rechargeable)after finding that my son had used up our entire stock of AAs in his electronics without letting me know. When I went to purchase a large bundle at a local big box store, I was shocked by how expensive it had become, so I decided it was worthwhile to try some less popular brands to see if the lower cost was worth it. I chose the Phillips brand since I am familiar with it and trust the name -- and I made a good choice. I have been using these for a few weeks in various items, including two remotes, a leash light, and a wireless keyboard. I have found the quality, longevity, and functionality to be absolutely comparable to those of more well-known brands. In fact, the life of two of these outperformed the much pricier brands I normally use in my LED light both in terms of the brightness offered and the life of usability while walking my dog. I am extremely pleased with the life, quality, and value offered, and I appreciate that they are packaged in individual packs of four, making them easily stored and distinguishable from loose batteries that may have already been used. I purchased the Philips AA 24-pack, which comes neatly packaged in 6 x 4 packs. These batteries are high-performance and leak-proof, and I like that they are cadmium, mercury, and lead-free. I use them for my mouse, keyboard, and wall clock, and my daughter also uses them in her toys. So far, they have worked well and have provided consistent power without any issues. The 10-year shelf life is a plus, making it a practical choice to have extra batteries on hand. Overall, these AA batteries are reliable and safe for everyday household use. Read more

This 24 pack is an amazing quality for the value! They last quite a white, nearly as long as Energizer's L91 batteries in my smoke detectors but these are amazing to have on hand. The expiration date of my lot says 04/2035 and the packaging states they will hold charge for 10 years so this is also a great option for putting away on a shelf for a rainy day. I also appreciate the clearly state on them "not rechargable" since I do have some other rechargeables in the mix I've been testing vs these and the lithiums and don't want to confuse them and have issues. I think for the price of these the value is top notch considering you can have power on tap for 10 years for under $25 at the time of writing this. I will note the box itself does not have a date stamp where there is a place for one, however the batteries are individually stamped. Some are easier than others to see while in the packaging so you may have to open some of them and verify the date if that's something you're concerned about. I also posted a photo of this for your reference. Read more

I picked up this 24-pack of Philips AA alkaline batteries to keep around for household staples like remote controls, wall clocks, and a few LED flashlights I keep in different rooms. So far, they’ve held up well in daily use. The remotes respond instantly without the slight lag I’ve noticed when cheaper batteries start to fade. What stood out most is the 10-year storage claim. I can’t verify that yet, of course, but I did toss a few into a drawer for long-term backup and appreciate the peace of mind. The packaging makes it easy to grab a couple without spilling the whole pack, which is a small but thoughtful touch. That said, these are single-use only. If you go through batteries quickly in high-drain devices like wireless gaming controllers, you might want to consider rechargeables instead. But for those who want reliable alkalines on hand for general household use, this set feels like a solid, practical choice. Read more

I recently purchased the Philips AA Batteries, and the listing was a bit confusing. It lists a 24-pack, but the package contains 6 packs of 4 AA batteries, resulting in 24 total batteries. Despite the unclear description, these batteries work well and come with a long expiration date, extending to 2035, which ensures reliability for future use. I like that 4 batteries are packaged together, making it easy to store and grab for devices requiring multiple cells. I replaced a few of my electronics, such as my remote control and flashlight, with these batteries, and they have been running like a champ, providing consistent power without leakage. Recommended at the current price. This set offers great value for household needs. I plan to keep extras on hand for emergencies or fishing trips. Read more
I have not been using these long but they have, so far, worked as decent as any other battery. I have no complaints about that. However, I am reviewing these prior to using them a long time simply because there is an error in advertisement. These are advertised as rechargeable. However, as you can see from the picture, these clearly state they are not rechargeable. These are a good value if you are not looking for rechargeable batteries. Read more
