Love it! I use my blades and shaving cream less and less these days, and my electric more and more. My shavers have done well but everything with batteries and blades will eventually wear out, and that's what led me to buy a new shaver. I hadn't used Norelco in years, so I decided to give this a try and I'm happy that I did. The battery life is exceptional, the shave is closer than I expected (even dry) and it's more comfortable than I had hoped for. Cleaning is a snap-just flip the heads up and run the shaver under water. There are no blades to buy every month, so that means money in my pocket. If I want to use some of the shaving cream I have, no problem: I can lather up without worrying. Given the low cost and the unanticipated comfort, this is definitely a winner for me. Read more

I have shaved with an electric razor for years and primarily Norelco. This is a great shaver. The battery holds charge very well and usually lasts me about four weeks on a charge and I shave every day. It's a very comfortable shaver and not hard to clean at all. I was used to a regular 110v charger, but this one uses USB C which is not problem as I have an abundance of USB C chargers in the house but a charger is not provided, it does come with a proprietary cable. Other than that it's a typical well designed and comfortable Norelco. Read more

Nice electric shaver for convenience, but coming from a safety razor and shaving cream, it just doesn't cut as close. It shaves okay but requires a lot of persistence going over the same spot again and again to get those final few hairs. The battery does last a long time and it is very portable in the hand. It runs fairly quiet and is like a face massager. It is a toss up between this and the Braun at the same price point. I feel the Braun does cut better for some areas by design (foil), especially under the nose. The Braun is also louder. This Norelco does look like a premium product, but it just requires a little more effort to get the job done. I do like the push button flip up screen to clean it and rinse it off. Also the battery does require some sort of USB-C charger (not included). I like that this uses a Li battery as well. Read more

Good product and not the most expensive, either. Seems to hold a good charge; I get a lot of shaves before needing recharged. Wish it came with a charge block, but that probably was not included so they could sell these more inexpensively. Would be nice if these shavers used a USB connection in the shaver. As it is, the charge cable is a proprietary fit on the shaver and usb on the other end. DON'T LOSE THE CHARGE CABLE. After an adjustment period, the shave is good. Took a few shaves for my neck/face to adjust to the shaver. Overall, I like it. Fits in my hand well, not too bulky. The trimmer could be better (other reviewers have said the same). For the price I am very happy with this shaver. Read more

This is a really great razor especially for the price. It's really hard to find a razor that is both affordable and effective for my husband. He's been through many through the years. And this one has been the most affordable, and effective. It's a good weight and it holds a good charge. And he's able to get a nice shave quickly with it. So far it seems pretty durable and we expect it to last several years. Read more

Using this electric razor takes more time than using a safety razor. It does not shave very close, even with repeated passes over the same area. It performs better in the wet mode using a shave gel. Dry shaving is torturous. Using "Electric Shave" works better than dry shaving, but using a shaving gel works best. I do not have a heavy beard and don't think that anyone with a heavy beard would be satisfied with this product. Read more

Perfectly good unit! Just beware, it doesn’t have a standard charging cord to use in a standard outlet, it’s a USB cord…..I probably missed that in the description. With dementia, the gentleman for whom I ordered this, struggles. Read more

The razor is great, but to have to separately purchase the charger was an unexpected nuisance. (Chargers from previous Norelco shavers are not compatible.) It misrepresents the true cost and is an incomplete product. I find that to be unethical and unacceptable. The only saving grace is that it is otherwise the best electric shaver on the market IMO. Why did they have to ruin that? Read more
