Got this for my 13yo son for his peach fuzz. It took him a few months to -want- to use it, but now it's part of his routine and it seems effortless, drama free. Doesn't take up a lot of space, holds a charge for a long time, very gentle. I like that it's safe and simple enough for a kiddo while still being a "real" grownup tool for self care, teaching independence & responsibility. Read more

Perfect for that sparse teen stubble. Bought my son a popular shaver and noticed he wasn't shaving much. He complained the razor wasn't cutting well. Saw this advertised specifically for teens and he reports it works much better. No irritation, easy to clean, and holds a good charge. Read more

I bought this for a 93-year-old female relative. It is the perfect razor for her face. It is so easy to use that she can do it herself. It doesn't bother her skin, but it takes care of any grooming. It is called a teen shaver, but it is perfect for any age. Read more

I picked up the Philips OneBlade First Shave for my teenager who’s just starting to learn how to shave, and it’s been a really good experience so far. The design is lightweight and easy to control, which makes it much less intimidating than a regular razor. It cuts hair cleanly without scraping the skin, and my son hasn’t had any nicks or irritation even on his first try. The hybrid blade is gentle but still gets close enough for a neat look, and it works well for shaping around the edges too. The battery life is decent for something at this price point, and the fact that it’s made for beginners gives me peace of mind. Overall, it’s a great first shaver — safe, simple, and effective without being overwhelming. I would recommend it for any teen just getting started. Read more

My 17 yr old son wasn’t ready to start shaving his whole face yet, but had some peach fuzz that bothered him. I bought this for him and he loves it! It’s a great start to self grooming without worry of cutting or jumping in too early and creating stubble. He uses it to clean up his hair line on the back of his neck too. Happy with the price and delivery. Read more

For the people debating it, or checking for “more affordable alternatives,” just go ahead and get it. This is, in my opinion, one of the best razors (if not THE best) incredibly effective, easy on the skin, and hasn’t left any burns or nicks whatsoever. I tried it while shaving dry and wet, and both work easily. I used it straight out of the box, without a charge, and haven’t charged it yet. It’s held a charge even though I’ve used it several times since I received it. There are no attachments, however, I don’t believe them to be necessary. The coated blades protect your skin. It has a lovely weight to it, and seems durable. It’s not loud compared to others I’ve tried either. For reference, I have tried two different electric razors. The hydrosilk one, which worked well but felt bulky, difficult to maneuver, and left razor bumps. The second one, not sure of the brand, was $10 at Walmart. Again, bulky, annoyingly loud, would catch my skin and would leave razor bumps. So, overall, get this! 100% would buy again. Read more
