Phiten products have been a popular item here for a long time but I thought it was just in the mind. Believe it works and it does and not based on any real data. I might be wrong. My calf has been bothering me for quite some time, so locked up and tight. My father was using this tape for his arthritis and swore by it so I decided to give it a try. I told myself I would buy one roll and see. Day one I wrapped it around my calf and forgot it was there. That night after hours of use I realized my calf was not bothering me and I could work on it without the pain. Does this work? I have to say it must because I used it. Now I am on my 3 roll.
