I have been using this soap for 15 years. It’s a little pricey but worth the expense. The scent is not overwhelming. It softens your skin. I would not recommend using on your face. The seaweed works well for cleaning your body and revitalizing your skin. It also nourishes your skin. The exfoliation encourages blood circulation around the skin. This soap was a completely random buy. I was buying some essentials on Amazon and it popped up as a recommendation at the bottom of the page. I can't even explain what triggered me to buy it, but I'm glad I did. It's definitely a luxury soap piece that can be compared to the beauty products that you typically get at expensive high-end spa resorts. I'm kind of hooked. It's a perfect replacement for a scrub. I mainly use it on my legs in between sessions of IPL Hair Removal to avoid ingrown hairs. I also love its smell. I've never heard of the Pytomer brand before, but after trying the soap, I will definitely research some other products. Read more
I just purchased this Phytomer Natural Seaweed Soap Bar and have only used it twice. I’ve given up shampoo and soap in plastic bottles and found this soap bar with excellent ratings. I like the way it exfoliates and leaves my skin really soft. After showering, I keep it in a soap dish so it dries out. I’m so happy I found this. It’s now my forever soap. Read more
