I don't have any problematic piercings right now, but I do have very sensitive skin with lots of other issues. I was excited to find this product on Amazon, with seemingly clean ingredients, and I had to try it. My hands have been chapped lately due to cold weather...it's a recurring issue for me. I decided to spray some of this onto the back of my hand to see how it feels and check the essential oil smell. Not only does it smell nice (not super strong, and natural smelling), but my skin is noticeably softer and less irritated after spraying the back of my hand! For those with sensitivities, here is a list of the ingredients: Purified water, Mediterranean Sea Salt, Dead Sea salt, Tea Tree Oil, Aloe Vera, Rosemary Oil, Vitamin E. My only reservation about the ingredients is that it doesn't specify the species name or form of the Tea Tree Oil, Aloe Very, and Rosemary Oil...Normally, essential oils are listed by their latin names, and it doesn't specify whether the vitamin E is natural or synthetic...I assume it's an oil. I purchased this product for my younger daughter to keep her ears and new earrings clean. She hasn’t had her ears pierced for long but I wanted to make sure she had something easy to use. The spray pump does put out a decent amount of product. It’s helpful to have a little tissue if you are spraying directly onto the ears. One good spray and they can cover both earrings and backs to clean as well. There is no burning or stinging. It doesn’t have any potent fragrance either. It does seem to be an excellent cleaner. This piercing aftercare spray works well for cleaning my piercing site as well as my jewelry. I use this daily to keep fresh piercings clean so they can heal properly. So far it seems to be working well and I am happy with the results. The spray top is easy to use and spritz just the right spot with the right amount. I can’t really say if it is moisturizing, but it does leave my skin feeling clean and causes no irritation.
