I ordered those boots twice within 6 months : returned the first time because it came without laces in one boot and pretty sure got the same pair 6 months later- the laces were weaved in differently in each boot. But since I liked the boots so much, I decided it’s ok, and kept them. Walked in them few days ago for the first time , after I had them in closet for almost 3 months, and one of the boots is definitely defective. As I walk, something is clicking inside the sole. The media could not be loaded. I wore these once or twice a week to run errands, with light use the sole broke down in the same spot on both the left and right boot. Yesterday it was raining and my feet were all wet as these slits now let the water in. These are useless now. I typically expect 4-5 years of use for boots in that price range, 2 years is just too short. The fact that they broke in the exact same spot indicates a manufacturing issue. I’ve bought other Pikolinos shoes/boots in the past and still have them after 10 years, so this is a specific issue with these soles and not the brand. Not happy at all with the durability of these boots, I’m back on Amazon shopping for a replacement as these are good for the trash now. Read more
