I’m a beginner and this was just the right amount of equipment needed for Pilates. The bands are very durable, and well made. Everything is super easy to use and it all works as it should. I do wish it came with a non looped band but that’s the least of my worries. Highly recommend this for all beginners. Read more

This at home pilates kit had everything I needed and more. The bands are high quality, very thick and offer a good resistance. The stretching strap isn't very thick and doesn't have the different holes to place your foot, but it gets the job done. Read more
Great beginner kit. The resistance bands are my favorite part - so strong and they come with a little mesh bag to hold them. The bag for storage wasn’t strong and broke, but I didn’t have high expectations for the bag (and put two 2 lb weights in it - my fault).
