i know this is marketed as a pill box bag, but after getting it i realized it is basically a small felt zipper pouch with a key ring. i was expecting it to have some kind of organizer inside or even a pill box, but it is just the pouch. so i ended up using it for something else and it works great. i use it as a little case for my earbuds. the felt keeps them from getting banged up, the zipper closes up tight, and the key ring lets me clip it to my keys or bag so i am not digging around for them. if you want a small zipper pouch to protect something and keep it with you, this is a solid buy. it just was not what i pictured for pills, but it works perfect for me. These are cute little cases - it matches a felt Fjallraven bag I have pretty perfectly! For me, they're more useful for headphones, toothpicks, spare coins, or packets (like sweetener) that I don't always find when I'm out than they are for pills (unless the pills are individually packaged), but they are quite handy for small things that you need to frequently access! I didn't get two colors (ordered the light and dark set) - both were a light gray - they both looked like the rightmost case in the listing image (at the time of this review, I know listings are often updated). I actually preferred that, so I won't deduct a star, but I can imagine someone else being disappointed. The felt isn't too firm but also isn't super malleable; it holds its shape with a little bend and it's a little less than an inch in depth. It does unzip so you can fully access both halves of the clamshell. It seems sturdy enough to take a light beating in my backpack (I have it attached to an inner zipper) but I'm not sure how well the keychain would hold up to consistent rough use... But at <$2 each (again, at the time of this review), it's a very cute, inexpensive way to store small brick-a-brac! Read more
