This is the best pill cutter I’ve used. I have tried at least 10 other pill cutters and this is the only one that will cut a small pill in half accurately. The problem with most pill cutters is that they do not hold the pill stable and you end up with a pill cut that is off center. This little pill cutter has a rubber like base and the V where the pill is held hugs the pill so it cannot move, resulting in an accurate cut. If you will look on the photo, you will see that the pill is slightly embedded in the V. This is what stabilizes the pill when it’s cut. Works great! I was worried when I saw that the reviews were sort of mixed, but it works really well. The bottom of the inside is silicone, so the pills won’t slip. The blade is sharp (almost cut myself on it - be careful!). I had a blast cutting my cat’s Prozac pills in half. 😂. Has a little heft and seems durable, but small enough to store in a medicine cabinet. Read more
