Great little pill box! I needed a small 7 day for a single capsule and tablet. This is the smallest I've been able to find and it's perfect! I have purchased others that are big and bulky. I need big and bulky for morning but in the evening I didn't need that much room. If you have more than 4 average size capsules, I would say the larger version of this would be better. I will likely be buying that version as well. It is very sleek and compact. The material feels high quality. Slide it open to the current day and dump out the medication. It does get a little more challenging if you have forgotten a day and have different medications for different days. Previous days will be open with the assumption they will be empty. Fortunately, mine are the same every day so I just use the day I forgot. I haven't traveled with it yet but it would take up very little room. The slide is tight enough to keep it from popping open but there is no lock to ensure so. Overall, this is the best pill organizer I've had. Highly recommend if your needs match the criteria above. This is easily been my most favorite weekly pill organizer. It's cute and functional, smooth to the touch yet sturdy. Never feels like my items are gonna fall out; once the slide meets the end, it locks in well. Perfectly holds all my weekly meds, vitamin gummies included. I have four of these in two sizes. I originally bought a pink one to keep track of my daytime meds. I carry it in a bag with me throughout the day so I don't forget to take anything. I loved it so much that I bought a blue one for my night meds. Then I decided to buy a larger one for my daily vitamins and another small one for minerals. I will say that each one is slightly different when it comes to closure. One is extremely loose so I have to watch it a little more closely, but most of them snap in place pretty well. You will want to watch how you open it so you don't accidentally turn it upside down and spill everything:) I put cute stickers on the top to prevent this. This is a great weekly pill case when a sleek form factor is the priority. This slips flat into my travel toiletry pouch and looks unobtrusive sitting on my nightstand. It’s not obvious that it’s a pill case. There’s a tradeoff for this minimalism. The day letters (embossed inside with no color contrast) aren’t easy to read, especially in low light. The lack of individual compartment lids and the symmetric exterior of the case means I’ve opened it upside down and dumped my pills— more than once. So this probably isn’t a great case for someone with low vision, or who struggles with fine motor movements. I wouldn’t get this one for my aging dad, but it is serving me well for keeping track of my small daily pills at home and during frequent travel. It’s easy to forget whether I took it today or yesterday, and having the pills portioned out makes it clear. The compartments can fit several pills, but note that the case is quite slim/flat. Some larger capsules and gummies might not fit well. It’s perfect for my needs and it still seems like new after about 6 months of use. Read more

Really nice design. Modern, minimal and nice colors. I suppose I could have gotten out my ruler and literally measured the space I need for my supplements because the Original size is far too small for my pills. I have about 5 supplement pills and must leave out 2 of them or I cannot close the pill case. If you take Omega pills or oversized CoQ10 etc, they will only fit if your other pills are tiny. I think the regular size pill box would be good for medications that tend to be smaller. If you are using this pill box for vitamin supplements, look elsewhere or get the larger size (which I didn't think I needed for just 5 daily pills). 3 stars because of the excellent design aesthetics, and 2 stars off for it wasting my time with such a small cavity for the 'Original' version. Note to Pillar: I suggest renaming the Original pill box to 'Small' or 'Pillar Mini' or something. The 'Pillar Plus' could remain that, or switch it to 'Original' or 'Standard' size. This will probably help with the issue of frequent returns, because not many people are going to literally measure their pills. If someone is bothering to buy a pill box, they most likely take more than just 1-3 pills per day. Just a thought from a fellow product designer. Read more
