This butterfly pillow is helping me get some much needed beauty sleep. Haven't been sleeping well for 2 months due to many life factors (stress, medical, doom scrolling). Decided my name-brand pillow of 15+ years (one of the original memory foam pillows/brands) was not providing the support I needed anymore. R.I.P. Had looked for curved and side-sleeper pillows late last year, no luck. Got a cervical pillow- much too tall and stiff; returned. No joke, the last 3 nights I've slept like a rock and remembered my dreams for the first time in a while! (Used to remember vividly, often). First time in weeks I've not woken up multiple times or tossed and turned all night. I think this pillow helped... It's the same height and width as my previous pillow but firmer with more structure. I'm a back and side sleeper who frequently uses ear plugs, too, and this extra firmness did not impact ear comfort. The bottom curve wonderfully tucks into the neck and shoulder for side sleeping. Well-made, cover is not the softest so slipped on regular pillow case. Slight smell when first opened, but haven't noticed it since. 99% sure I'll be buying another for backup. Or a couch pillow cause who doesn't need one of those sometimes? For reference, 5'5 tall, woman, moderately fit. If you've got really broad shoulders or larger head, check the measurements. So far I do like this pillow! I'm giving it 4 stars though because when it's colder, it is harder and doesn't have much give to it and I wake up periodically with my ear or jaw hurting. It only seems to happen when it's below 35 degrees Fahrenheit. It could also be because of how I'm sleeping though. I will say, I don't wake up with a stiff neck anymore since using this pillow! It does seem to support my neck well. I just wish it was a tad more on the softer side. When it's warm though, the pillow isn't so stiff and it's much more comfortable to sleep on. It had absolutely zero smell when I opened it which was surprising for a memory foam pillow. It also expanded right away, it didn't take hours to gain shape like most seem to. So far it does seem to be holding up well! For reference, I've been sleeping on it for about 2 weeks now. If you're a bigger person this pillow would likely be perfect for you, as I feel it would fit someone who is taller with a bigger head a little bit better than it does me. I have to try to position myself just right to get neck support as the openings are a little far apart for my head and neck. For reference, I am 5'1 and can wear children's helmets or size XS-Small. I have been wanting a lap pillow for my laptop when I'm working on the couch. That was my primary motivation for ordering this pillow--> that it looks pretty flat, and has a cutout that looks like it can conform to my body. I will say, it's not ideal as a lap pillow, there are definitely better options for that out there. This is because even tho it's rather flat, it's still slightly too poofy. And the body conforming shape isn't what I thought it would be. So I'll just review it as a regular pillow. - Fill: It's not a tall pillow. The memory foam, while puffy, is on the thinner side, but it's both soft and firm and conforming to your body. I also like that it's a single block, no clumping or moving of interior parts. - memory foam: love the memory foam. it's durable, it conforms, and it maintains a nice puff. as i said, it's both dense and puffy at the same time. It's the perfect kind of memory foam to me. Sometimes pillows are super dense and extremely heavy. Sometimes they don't feel too airy, not dense enough. This one is just right -- it's lightweight but also has incredible support. - Cover: The bamboo and rayon pillow cover is wonderfully soft. It's really nice and comfortable, it's on both sides and the grey liner is also very soft and luxurious in feel. - 3rd party Certified: It's Oeko-Tx and CertiPUR-US certified, which is an excellent benefit/ must-have for any material you sleep in. - Sleep position: works great for back sleepers -- to give support to head exactly where you need it. I'm trying to avoid tech neck, so sometimes I'll lay down on the pillow and hold my phone up in the air to give my occipital muscles a break. It's also a good pillow for between the leg side sleepers, and it functions OK as a lap pillow for your laptop. Even tho it's not idea, I do mainly still use it as a lap pillow. - Price: Can't beat the $30 price point. Compared the cost of regular pillows from department stores, the price on this is amazing. Only negative I would say is where the heck am I gonna find a pillow case exists for this pillow. Will have to use a regular pillow case. I've been using it without a case for about a week and I actually really like the feel of the cover, but probably better to have a case over it to prevent staining. Overall, this is for sure a luxurious, boutique hotel quality pillow at a bargain basement price point. Read more

I really like this pillow and I have been using it for a while mostly uncovered, because I love looking at the shape of it. I have used it as a throw pillow, I have slept on it, and I have propped up myself up on it to binge movies, and every time is has been just firm enough and supportive. I have turned this pillow and used it from each end and none of them have disappointed. Overall, this a a very comforting pillow. Read more
